These terms cover your use of Studio Tokyo, operated by Black Bambu Inc., including its newsletter, reference material, and creative tools.

Using Studio Tokyo
Use the website and tools lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Keep your account secure. Do not attempt to access private admin systems, other people’s accounts or projects, or restricted content without permission.
Free accounts and newsletter
Free tool access is subject to the limits displayed in the product. Newsletter subscription is a separate choice, and you can unsubscribe while keeping your account. Any future paid offer will state its price, billing interval, included access, and cancellation terms before purchase.
Your submissions
You retain the rights you hold in the material you submit. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide the tools or services you request. Submit only material you are authorized to use and share. A tool submission does not create an agency engagement or a promise of bespoke design services.
Design references and AI output
Reference images, logos, fonts, and other materials may belong to their respective creators or rights holders. Viewing a reference does not grant a license to copy, redistribute, or use it commercially. AI outputs can contain errors, resemble existing work, or need further development. Review accuracy, originality, rights, and suitability before using output in client or commercial work.
Publication content
Studio Tokyo writing, layouts, and original materials are provided for reading and personal reference unless a specific download includes a broader license. Do not redistribute paid or restricted materials without permission. External sites and providers have their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
Tools and editorial content are provided as available. We may correct, update, limit, or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts that misuse the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a tool will suit every project. These terms do not replace a separate written agreement for Black Bambu client services.
