Reddit Display carries bubble-shaped counters into headlines. A reduced palette and consistent character language create shared rules while leaving room for community expression.
Editorial study of the published system
Documented process
Pentagram worked with Reddit in 2023 to unify an accumulated set of brand materials. Snoo gained a formalized three-dimensional character treatment, while the conversation bubble became a recurring device in type, composition and motion.
